Many of the Oracle Fusion Middleware components require the existence of Oracle WebLogic Server prior to installation.

For Example if you have to install SOA suite. You need to have.

1. Oracle Database

2. RCU (Repository creation utility) to create the SOA schemas.

3. Web logic server.

4. Then you can install SOA
